Acceptable Use & Listing Integrity Policy

Version: 2026-10-12. Effective: 12 October 2026.

1. Honest and lawful use

Use TURNKNOB only for lawful studio discovery, listing and session-related activity. Do not impersonate a studio, artist or administrator; misstate authority; invent reviews or bookings; post misleading equipment/location claims; hide material charges; or advertise a verification, licence or partnership that does not exist. Do not use the platform for fraud, threats, harassment, hateful discrimination, unlawful sexual content or exploitation of children.

2. Respect people, premises and information

Follow reasonable studio safety/access rules and treat people and property with care. Do not publish private contact details, unreleased recordings, personal images or confidential customer/project information without the appropriate permission. Do not use booking contacts for unsolicited marketing or sell private user information. A public listing is not a licence to copy another person's photographs, branding or work.

3. Protect the service

Do not steal credentials, bypass access controls, probe private customer data, upload malware, abuse APIs, automate spam or overload the service. Do not attempt to change, delete or forge policy-acceptance evidence or submit acceptance on another account's behalf. Ordinary browsing, assistive technology and lawful use of available public information are not prohibited merely because they are automated; accessing private information, evading controls or harming service integrity is prohibited.

4. Copyright and content reports

Send a good-faith infringement or content report to support@turnknob.in with the relevant URL/listing, your contact details, the right or issue involved and enough information to investigate. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive evidence. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a credible report and seek a response where appropriate. A report must not be used to harass a competitor or make a false ownership claim.

5. Enforcement and review

Measures may include a warning, correction request, removal of content or temporary account restriction proportionate to the issue. Urgent safety, fraud or legal concerns may require immediate action. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and consider relevant information supplied through support. Nothing here waives statutory remedies or authorises a penalty not otherwise lawfully agreed. The versioned update process in the Terms of Service applies.
